Step 1: Preparing for the restoration follicular
The preparation for the procedure is as important to the procedure itself. We performed a complete medical evaluation. In addition, photos are taken and delivered instructions If you are a candidate and decide on the surgery will be performed a complete medical evaluation, request for blood tests, surgical preparation and response plan concerns, taking pictures and delivery instructions. Our concern is that this experience is pleasant, convenient and safe. The day of the surgery begins with a detailed explanation of the steps of the procedure and the optimal design of the hairline, which should be similar to concrete in the query. After confirming the plan and strategy surgical procedure itself begins.
Step 2: Take Tissue Donor
A. Preparation
The donor area, located to the sides and back of the scalp is where you remove a piece of tissue approximately one centimeter wide and 4 to 15 inches long depending on the number of grafts needed. For this first demarcates the area, the site peluquea and local anesthesia.

B. Donor Tissue Resection
The surgeon makes an incision Elliptical Edge removing the donor tissue. The size of this depends on the amount of grafting desired.
C. Suture
The incision is closed with absorbable material, not to bother with removal of stitches or clips, plus get better cosmetic results. The scar is so thin that it covers her hair around, even in patients who wear their hair very short. We know that the donor site cosmetic results are so iimportantes as hairline.

Step 3: Preparation of grafts
In this step, with the aid of magnification and stereoscopic microscope or magnifying glass is carefully dissected tissue was resected. This process requires much manual dexterity training and experience, all these prerequisites HairDoctors team. The grafts are grouped depending on whether one, two or more follicles to be transplanted to the right place. In preparing the grafts are stored at low temperatures and ice-cold saline.
Step 4: The Transplant
The surgeon makes a tiny cut (about the size of a needle), with different angles and directions recreating a natural hairline. Grafts that have been carefully prepared are placed in these holes. These openings are so small that the bleeding is minimal and borders around them to help hold the graft. The natural result is achieved by implementing a single skin grafts in the anterior and follicles with two or more hairs in the posterior.
Step 5: The new hair and the new image
In the first week will be a small scabs and some swelling that usually disappear completely by the tenth day. The good news is that this "rash" (as he describes those who do not know what happened), is not painful or disabling. Keep away from sun or engage in heavy exercise. Activities such as walking or office work can be performed without any problems. Between the first and second month the new hair begins to appear. The speed with which rises and grows varies, but is about an inch per month. At first, when the scabs fall off, these may include some hair. This is not the root hair but the hair shaft. The decline or absence of these stems do not affect the course of transplantation. It is common to see new hair shafts initially thin, wavy and even curly, but to keep growing the appearance changes to a more natural and permanent. This slow growth is sometimes preferred by many of our patients, as they allow friends and relatives do not perceive a sudden change in appearance.
